CompareBind is a digital service. Nothing physical is ever shipped; this page describes how results are delivered instead.

1. Nature of the service

CompareBind reads the carrier quotes an agency has received, checks every value against its page with code and a second AI model, and builds a side-by-side comparison and a draft proposal. There are no physical goods, packaging or postage involved at any point.

2. What you receive, and how

Results are delivered two ways, both digital:

• Dashboard: signed-in results appear in your account as soon as they're ready, with a download link for each output.
• API: if you use the API, an agency's own tool or an AI assistant submits the carrier quote files for one client and receives the checked comparison, the draft proposal and what is left to check.

A result is delivered only after the second-model review has run. If it could not run, nothing is delivered and the credits are returned to your balance.

Outputs produced: Comparison exhibit (PDF) and matrix (XLSX): every coverage row across every carrier, each value with its quote page; Draft proposal (Word) with points to discuss; it carries no review statement and no open problem, so you can edit it and send it on; The result as JSON; the exhibit and the JSON carry the review statement and the items to check, which open-problems.csv also lists.

3. Turnaround time

Results are produced automatically; turnaround depends on document size and model availability. There is no fixed delivery window, but every job's status and stage are visible in your dashboard, and we notify you as this product describes: Job finished email.

4. Access to results

Results stay available for download for as long as we retain the underlying job's files — see retention in our privacy policy. Each dashboard row shows exactly how long its files will be kept.

5. API access

Programmatic access uses an API key you generate in the dashboard. There is no separate "shipping" step for API results: the same job record and download URLs are available through GET requests once the job finishes.

6. Account and access

You need a CompareBind account (email + password, or a supported social sign-in) to submit work and receive results. No shipping address is collected or required.
